This venue of approximately 12 acres set in open countryside near St Osyth, The lake was created around 2005 and has not ever been fished prior to C.A.P.S. taking on the water.
The Society has stocked the water significantly with carp ranging fro 6lb up to over 20lb including some mirror carp up to around 20lb. Bream to 4lb have been stocked along with some roach and rudd.
RESTRICTIONS
- Only Two rods are permitted April to October inclusive, Three rods are permitted in the winter,(november to March inclusive)
- Fishing from permanent pegs only
DIRECTIONS
From Colchester take the B1027 towards St Osyth and when approaching the village turn right proceeding along Colchester Road and on to Spring Road, where you turn left into Daltes Lane. Proceed for a further 1/4 mile and as the road bends right, the entrance to the Car Park is directly in front of you.
PLEASE TAKE DUE CARE AND RESPECT ONCOMING LOCAL USERS WITHIN DALTES LANE, KEEPING SPEED AND NOISE TO A MINIMUM.

Cars may only be parked in the area provided, The car Park is to be kept locked using the Society Padlock.
